A Balanced Approach to Fashion: kARTu Studio Presents the Winter Collection “Enough Is Enough”

As the chilly wind brings changes to everyday outfits, kARTu fashion studio introduces something new: the natural leather handbag collection ‘‘Enough Is Enough“ invites you to care for the health of your wardrobe and reminds you of the joys of simple fulfillment. Personal style thrives in balance – when we develop immunity to fleeting desires and are unafraid to commit to longevity. “In times of significant global change, it’s crucial to maintain balance: to look at your wardrobe and see not a hundred things you still want, but to thoughtfully create new combinations with the pieces you already own,” says Ingrida Jasinskė, the creative director of the handbag studio, as she shares the message behind the new collection. “We apply this philosophy ourselves: in the past, kARTu collections would feature as many as four or five new models, while recent collections introduce only one or two. We can nolonger think of fashion superficially; sustainability issues have become an integral part of our creative and production processes,” says Ingrida Jasinskė. For the designer, sustainable shopping isn’t just about supporting brands that meet certain standards – it’s also about caring for the clothes and accessories you already own, adopting a more mindful perspective, and embracing gentle, attentive self-acceptance. When was the last time you told yourself: ‘’I am, and that is enough?“ Sustainable fashion trends this winter are bubbling in the kitchen with the magic of Lithuanian plants, where the most bitter berries turn into life elixirs, and vitamins are abundant throughout the year. This winter, the studio shelves will be enriched by two small handbags, ‘‘Quince” and ‘‘Sea Buckthorn”.

The stylish photoshoot hints at 21st-century fashion eclecticism. According to the creative team, the collection was inspired by the blend of influences, moods, and eras visible in today’s aesthetics. Fashion trends are cyclical, bringing back past styles with new interpretations. For example, the bohemian freedom, disco glamour, and emphasized love of the 1970s were part of a counterculture opposing the political climate and consumerism of the time. This perspective resonates with today’s slow fashion initiatives – positive contributions to environmentally friendly changes can only happen when we adapt these
global trends to our daily behavior. ‘‘We cannot separate fashion from the context in which we live,” asserts Ingrida Jasinskė,
encouraging a positive approach to unconventional styling experiments. ‘‘I’m delighted to see second-hand clothing making a comeback in recent years; today, we see it featured in magazine photoshoots and on major stages. Handicrafts and clothing repairs are also returning to the spotlight. I’d like to believe that this creative blending of old and new truly signals that we are recovering from the fast fashion epidemic,” says the designer.

‘‘Enough Is Enough,, collection introduces fashion house followers to never-seen-before shapes: the ‘‘Quince” handbag, mimicking the curve of a crescent moon or a shape of vitamin C, will appeal to fans of minimalist geometry, while the ‘‘Sea Buckthorn” bag, with it‘s clearly outlined, rounded lines, offers a subtle touch of the last millennium for those who enjoy blending different historical eras.

‘‘In a healthy wardrobe, I believe we’ll see accessories that have lasted for years, imperfect but cherished handmade pieces, and elements of new design. I genuinely believe that a fashion lover‘s well-being is enhanced by knowing that their purchase didn’t come at the cost of people working in unethical conditions, that the fabric dyes didn’t harm the environment, and that the accessory bought today won’t end up in the trash next week,” says the founder of kARTu.

Combining functional aesthetics and sustainability principles, the natural leather handbag collection ‘‘Enough Is Enough“ invites you this winter to discover your own recipe for a healthy wardrobe and to find contentment in an uncluttered present.
